Segnapunti Privacy Policy

Segnapunti is a scorekeeping app for iPhone and Apple Watch. It does not require an account, show advertising, or sell personal information.

Information processed by the app

• Match information: scores, sport, match duration, and saved match history are stored locally on your devices and transferred between your paired Apple Watch and iPhone.
• Health and fitness information: if you grant permission, Segnapunti can create workouts and read workout measurements such as heart rate, active energy, duration, and effort. This information is handled through Apple HealthKit and is not sent to our analytics or notification services.
• Usage analytics: Firebase Analytics receives basic app and device information and events such as app opens, trial milestones, saved matches, and purchase outcomes. These events help us understand and improve the app.
• Install and purchase notices: on first launch, our notification service receives the app version, device category, and country. For a completed purchase it receives product, price, currency, transaction identifier, and whether the purchase occurred on iPhone or Apple Watch. These notices are used only to monitor installs and purchases.

Third-party services

Segnapunti uses Apple StoreKit for purchases, Apple HealthKit for health and workout features, Firebase Analytics for aggregate usage analytics, and Google Cloud Functions to deliver developer install and purchase notifications. These providers process information under their own privacy terms.

Your choices

You can decline or revoke Health access at any time in iOS Settings. You can remove locally stored app data by deleting the app and manage Health data in the Health app. Purchases remain associated with your Apple Account so they can be restored.

Data sharing and retention

We do not sell your information or use it for targeted advertising. Analytics and operational notification data are retained only as needed to operate, understand, and improve Segnapunti, subject to the retention controls of the providers listed above.

Children

Segnapunti is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the app changes. The effective date above identifies the latest version. For privacy questions, open an issue in the policy repository.
